Autoestima<\/strong>: Ya sea espada, florete o sable, tienes la sensaci\u00f3n de que tienes el control cuando levantas una de estas armas. Aunque no son armas peligrosas en absoluto. No se trata de eso, se trata del control que sientes. Esto es realmente cierto para los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay una responsabilidad innata que acompa\u00f1a a sostener una espada. Esa confianza genera niveles m\u00e1s altos de autoestima. Es una identidad de la que puede estar orgulloso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Factor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estamos buscando motivaci\u00f3n en este momento en la pandemia, y no hay forma de evitar lo genial que es la esgrima. \u00a1Es inspirador!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mire todas las pel\u00edculas que presentan peleas con espadas y varitas m\u00e1gicas. Ya sea con sables de luz o con estoques, nos encanta ver la emoci\u00f3n de una pelea de espadas en la pantalla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la pandemia, esto puede ser verdaderamente transformador. Cuando sus hijos hacen una llamada de zoom con sus compa\u00f1eros de clase y todos les preguntan qu\u00e9 est\u00e1n haciendo, la mayor\u00eda de los ni\u00f1os de hoy est\u00e1n hablando de lo que hicieron en Minecraft o del emocionante paseo por el parque que tomaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Autodisciplina<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La esgrima ense\u00f1a autodisciplina. Es una parte integral del deporte. Forma, control, agilidad intelectual, concentraci\u00f3n: todos estos son fundamentales para el entrenamiento de esgrima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la p\u00e9rdida de esas estructuras, todo recae en el individuo para ser la fuerza impulsora. Eso no es f\u00e1cil. Muchos de nosotros ni siquiera sabemos por d\u00f3nde empezar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Seguridad pand\u00e9mica <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando reconocemos que la seguridad es lo primero, podemos empezar a adaptarnos. Esa adaptaci\u00f3n no es f\u00e1cil. De ning\u00fan modo. Los padres est\u00e1n tratando de hacer malabarismos con su propio miedo sobre el futuro con el trabajo y dando a sus hijos lo que necesitan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La esgrima tambi\u00e9n resulta adecuada para el distanciamiento social porque inherentemente mantiene la distancia y no utiliza ning\u00fan equipo compartido. No hace da\u00f1o que los esgrimistas est\u00e9n acostumbrados a usar m\u00e1scaras, aunque los esgrimistas que practican el distanciamiento social tambi\u00e9n deben usar m\u00e1scaras de tela para evitar la propagaci\u00f3n del COVID adem\u00e1s de sus m\u00e1scaras de esgrima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un ambiente disciplinado con grupos peque\u00f1os, como las clases de esgrima que muchos clubes est\u00e1n haciendo durante la lenta reapertura, ha sido posible mantener una l\u00ednea de base de seguridad. Los ni\u00f1os quieren estar en esas clases y ya tienen un nivel de autodisciplina que se ha desarrollado a trav\u00e9s de su entrenamiento que muchos otros ni\u00f1os no tienen.
